Teach Black History in

an engaging and interactive way.

Free facilitation guides for educators.

The rules are simple.

The discussions won’t be.

Innovative Teaching Tool

Trading Races is fun, it’s awkward and educational.  Battle out who the blackest person of the hand.  Yes, you read that correctly.  Would Rachel Dolezal out-black Stacey Dash?  Is Justin Timberlake blacker than Justin Bieber?  Trading Races provides a space to critically examine social constructs of race.

Trading Races is a great addition for all age levels and we have High School and College level facilitation guides available. Professors of Sociology, Psychology, Ethics, Intersectionality, African-American Studies, and Critical Race Theory have all found Trading Races to be a valuable addition to their curriculum.
